Who Is The BoDee Girl?

BoDee In Homeless and Hungry

Billed as  The BoDee  Girl, The Canine Actress of the Decade”, the legendary BoDee’s full name is Boadicea (BO AH DUH SEE UH) Valentina.

She is a sweet and sassy Rat Terrier who has a rich fantasy life fabricated by two doting, but eccentric parents.

BoDee’s  fantasy film and TV career became more and more outlandish in direct proportion to how sick she was as a pup, and how much money we had to spend to insure she became well.

Since we have always given our furry companions a richly textured fantasy life to entertain ourselves as well as our family and friends, it was very easy to fabricate BoDee’s very successful and self-supporting film career in defense against those family members and friends who thought us crazy for spending so much to keep our pup safe, happy, and well.

The BoDee “stories” were so successful that her maternal grandmother, using one of her famous Italian guilt trips, requested that the BoDee story as well as one of  The BoDee Girl children’s books be formally written and published before she died. She's still here and as healthy as a horse, and still nagging! Which is why we have two (2) e-books available, Homeless and Hungry, and BoDee: The Early Years.

Well with all the maternal nagging, and the advent of digital cameras, the advances in inexpensive web sites, and of course our creative verbal and pictorial endeavors to promote and advance BoDee’s career, this web site evolved into what it is now.

The BoDee Girl web site is chock full of those items used to make our family and friends smile, laugh, and reflect as they keep up with the life of The BoDee Girl. In all of her episodes, the delicate and dainty BoDee is always herself, a very sweet and loving puppy who is a bit sassy and always spunky. It is simply BoDee, if she could talk.

Although the BoDee Burgers and the BoDee Beer have both been made as described in BoDee: The Early Years, they are no longer made.
